Profiles Creative is hiring for a sports marketing agency specializing in personal brand development and digital innovation. We are seeking a freelance Account Director with a sports background, experienced in digital strategy and brand partnerships. The Role:

• Build Personal Brands: Develop unique brand stories and digital identities with top-tier service.
• Deliver Partnerships: Create meaningful sponsorships that align with athletes’ values and goals.
• Lead Content Execution: Oversee social campaigns, influencer work, and digital activations.
• Expand Networks: Grow relationships across sport, entertainment, and tech to unlock new opportunities.
• Set the Foundation: Define processes and team structure as the first hire in a growing department.

The Candidate:

• You live and breathe sports, culture, and innovation.
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand partnerships, digital strategy, or talent management.
• Knowledge of AI, Web3, and digital products is desirable.
• Expert-level knowledge of social media, community building, and monetisation.
• Experience working closely with athletes, agents, or within sports organizations.
• A keen eye on emerging tech and its intersection with sports and entertainment.
• Strong commercial instincts with solid financial literacy.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a master of time management.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives both solo and in a team environment.
