We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Windsor. The successful candidate must be hungry and driven to succeed with previous experience as an Assistant Manager or above. You must be able to motivate the team throughout the sales process, providing any guidance and support needed while working towards quarterly office targets.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
- Basic £30,000 - £35,000
- OTE £50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 4pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays after probation
