Leonid Group have exclusively partnered with a Top 10 firm in the search for an R&D Tax Manager. This is an opportunity to manage a large portfolio of clients and play a huge role in the further development of the Innovation Incentives team. You will have the scope to shape your own progression within the firm and take on more responsibility, including the chance to expand into wider Corporate Tax or Incentive products (CA, LRR, PB etc). The role can be based from a number of our client's offices, with hybrid working available.
The opportunity
- Own and manage a client portfolio with a higher level of client responsibility, oversee your teamβs portfolios and inputting to workflow planning.
- Deliver revenue and profitability targets.
- Foster enduring client relationships.
Day to day duties
- Prepare R&D reports for submission to HMRC and deliver R&D tax client services to a high standard.
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach and be able to demonstrate an awareness of technical risk through well-supported research.
- Aim to increase your client base through an organised approach to business development e.g. networking, client recommendation requests, and developing referrer base.
- Confident in delivering technical advice and support to colleagues in relation to innovation incentives and tax planning for innovative companies.
