The ideal candidate will be responsible for management of the site’s supply chain people and processes in delivering excellence.
- Collaborate with the production teams to produce and deliver excellence in our product for our Customer.
- Ensuring the right raw materials, consumables and packaging are on site at the right time.
- Despatching our finished product on time and to the correct quality standards.
- Leading the team ensuring they meet agreed KPI standards and manage according to budget and operational capacity.
- Tray logistics, supply, sorting and the Tray Wash function.
- Capacity planning and forecasting, and labour planning.
- Liaison and communication with Suppliers and Customers.
