The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for management of the site’s supply chain people and processes in delivering excellence.

  • Collaborate with the production teams to produce and deliver excellence in our product for our Customer.
  • Ensuring the right raw materials, consumables and packaging are on site at the right time.
  • Despatching our finished product on time and to the correct quality standards.
  • Leading the team ensuring they meet agreed KPI standards and manage according to budget and operational capacity.
  • Tray logistics, supply, sorting and the Tray Wash function.
  • Capacity planning and forecasting, and labour planning.
  • Liaison and communication with Suppliers and Customers.

  • Experience of working in a FMCG environment
  • Highly numerate with developed analytical skills
