The Role:

As a Senior Planner, you’ll take ownership of a diverse project portfolio, managing applications, preparing planning statements, and providing expert advice to clients. You’ll be liaising directly with local authorities, developers, and key stakeholders, helping to shape strategic land and development opportunities across Greater Manchester and beyond.
