Meraki Talent are working with a prestigious and highly respected wealth management firm to appoint a Client Services Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is keen to develop within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries, supporting Financial Planners with high-quality service
- Prepare financial advice documentation across investments, pensions, and estate planning
- Schedule and manage annual client reviews and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate client records in line with MiFID II and internal compliance standards
- Process new business applications and liaise with Investment Managers and providers
- Support team communications, assist with ad hoc projects, and provide cover across offices as needed
Background & Experience
- Experience in a similar client support or wealth management role
- Strong administrative skills and knowledge of financial services processes
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- CII qualifications and DFM knowledge are beneficial but not essential
