Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Permanent National Employability Tutor, working for a client on a National Basis. Candidates must hold a Full UK License and own transport. National Employability Tutor Main Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibility for safeguarding candidates whilst on programme Establish and maintain a safe environment for all staff and candidates Deliver training and assessment on a variety of short course qualifications up to Level 2 Deliver classroom-based employability courses to the unemployed Be able to interpret the knowledge requirements in ways that are appropriate to candidates at all levels To support learners in achieving their goals through Embed wider topics: safeguarding, Prevent, EDI and British values Embed maths, English and ICT Demonstrating practical applications of vocational programmes Adapting/developing appropriate learning materials Recording and providing feedback to learners continually on their programme Complete attendance records and provide information for tracking student progress in their place of learning To share best practice and recourses in training, learning and assessment Participate in standardisation meetings To prepare, maintain and monitor the training/workplace environment to meet Health and Safety standards To be compliant with all required administration duties To be flexible in supporting the required needs of the business National Employability Tutor Applicants: Sk…
