Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing boutique consultancy who are looking for an Associate to join their team in September 2025. This full-time position is ideal for a high-calibre graduate with fluency in German, Swedish or Dutch, and a keen interest in research, consulting and investment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with the senior team, you’ll support all aspects of due diligence and management team referencing.
  • Your work will centre around analysing leadership teams and preparing materials for investor reports, drawing from in-depth interviews with senior executives.
  • You’ll play a key role in helping investors make informed decisions ahead of acquisitions, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries in the process.
