HireForce is delighted to be working exclusively with a manufacturing group which is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager. In this role, you will oversee the finance function for a number of sites and manage a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting accurate and timely financial reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual) to management and stakeholders, including management accounts, statutory accounts, and regulatory filings.
- Developing, managing, and monitoring budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and variances.
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement and financial strategy.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and internal policies.
- Managing cash flow, including accounts receivable and payable, to ensure optimal financial health.
- Developing and implementing financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes.
- Liaising with external stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Accountant, who has worked in a similar role in Manufacturing.
- Strong initiative, organisational and time management skills.

Remuneration will be competitive depending on experience.
