Role Overview:

As our Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing floral events from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with our clients and floral design team to ensure each event is seamless, beautifully styled, and executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•\\tLiaise with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.

•\\tCoordinate all logistical aspects of floral event production, including venue access, delivery, setup, and breakdown.

•\\tManage timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships.

•\\tCollaborate with the floristry team to plan floral installations, arrangements, and on-site styling.

•\\tConduct site visits and create detailed event plans and mood boards.

•\\tLead event day operations to ensure flawless execution.

•\\tHandle last-minute changes or challenges with professionalism and calm.

•\\tEnsure every event reflects our brand’s high standards of quality and creativity.

Ideal Candidate:

•\\tProven experience in event management, ideally within weddings, hospitality, or luxury brands.

•\\tStrong organisational and multitasking skills.

•\\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•\\tA creative eye and appreciation for floral design and aesthetics.

•\\tCalm under pressure, solution-oriented, and adaptable.

•\\tProficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Excel).

•\\tFlexible schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.

Desirable:

•\\tPrevious experience in floristry or styling events with floral installations.

•\\tDriving license (preferred but not essential).
