Join a leading investment management firm as an Institutional Client Service Associate, on a one-year contract, supporting high-value institutional clients. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in a growing and successful asset manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client onboarding and account administration (e.g. trade requests, invoicing, data management)
- Manage client queries and reporting needs across monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc cycles
- Act as the primary operational contact for institutional separate accounts
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, custodians, and auditors
- Contribute to process improvements and internal policy updates
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with sales, portfolio, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Institutional client operations experience is a requirement, having covered SMAs. Ideally between 1-5 years relevant experience.
- Immediately available or one month notice period maximum
- Preferably having covered equities and fixed income products
- Must be positive, enthusiastic and passionate about client servicing.
- Strong collaboration and team focus
