Head of Finance Required Do you have experience within the Property Lettings Sector then we would like to speak with you? As Head of Finance, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, supporting the business in developing and delivering company growth plans. Experience of scaling up businesses would be desirable. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be a strategic advisor, drive financial performance and ensure a robust control environment. The role will oversee a modest finance team, responsible for motivating, training, and developing staff. Ideally you will have: * Accountancy qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). * Experience of working in a property management environment. * Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills both to internal and external stakeholders. * Experience in business planning and informing strategic decisions. * Experience overseeing all aspects of finance from transactional finance to reporting functions. * Solid understanding of financial software and systems * Previous staff management
