A well-established luxury fragrance house is expanding its footprint in the UK with the launch of a prestigious flagship boutique in London. Renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, exclusive collections, and commitment to artistry in perfumery, the brand has cultivated a loyal following among clients, collectors, and fragrance connoisseurs. With boutiques in key luxury destinations across Europe, Asia, and North America, the brand has built a strong global presence in some of the world’s most prestigious retail locations. The opening of the London boutique marks a key milestone in its continued expansion.
We are now seeking a UK Country & Boutique Manager to take full ownership of the London boutique while driving strategic growth across the UK market.
The Role:
- Boutique Leadership – Full operational management of the London flagship boutique, ensuring an exceptional client experience and seamless daily operations.
- Retail Expansion – Overseeing current and future points of sale, including potential pop-ups and partnerships with leading department stores.
- Business Development – Identifying and driving wholesale and B2B opportunities, including collaborations with independent perfumeries, lifestyle retailers, and luxury hospitality.
- Financial & Commercial Strategy – Managing UK financial performance, including P&L oversight, budget control, and sales performance tracking.
- People Leadership – Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team that embodies the brand’s values and delivers a world-class client experience.
- Marketing & PR Oversight – Working closely with international teams to drive brand awareness through press, influencers, and local marketing initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Luxury Retail Leadership – 10+ years of experience in multi-site retail management or boutique leadership within the luxury sector.
- Strategic & Hands-On – A leader who thrives in a dual role—able to drive big-picture retail strategy while also managing boutique-level details.
- Commercial Acumen – Strong experience in budgeting, sales performance management, and new market development.
- Industry Expertise – Deep knowledge of the UK luxury retail landscape, including department stores such as Harrods, Selfridges, and Liberty.
- Client-Centric Mindset – Passionate about luxury service, clienteling, and fostering strong relationships with clients and key retail partners.
- Languages - Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish and Italian is highly desirable.
