Working on behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Quality Administrator / Document Controller on a permanent basis in Wrexham.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and maintain quality documentation, including creating and updating Quality Release Certificates, Lifetime Quality Records, and Inspection Test Plans.
  • Upload and track project documents using Fieldview, Asite, and Edocs platforms.
  • Verify and organise certifications, delivery notes, and drawings; ensuring correct filing both physically and digitally.
  • Follow up on missing certifications and supplier documents.
  • Conduct monthly fire alarm and emergency lighting tests and maintain records.
  • Check and refill first aid supplies and accident records regularly.
  • Perform weekly bandsaw fluid checks and record results.
  • Update and maintain tools, equipment tools, and burning equipment reports.
  • Support new employees with Nuclear Quality Awareness Training.
