IT Support Engineer – based in Bromley, Kent Permanent role. Monday – Friday at our Head Office in Bromley. Frequent visits to their London, Essex, Cambridge and Milton Keynes sites. A full driving license is required for this role. IT Support Engineer to join the growing IT Department to support over 3,000 users on their digital transformation program. About the role: The role of the IT Support Engineer will involve working as part of a team providing 1st and 2nd line remote and on-site support. The ideal candidate for the 2nd Line IT Support Engineer role will have at least 3-6 years of experience in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting a range of software and equipment issues. You will have strong expertise and the ability in system rollouts and upgrades such as telephony (VoIP), networking, desktops. Main responsibilities as IT Support Engineer: Working closely with IT Project Manager and Managed Service Provider on the VoIP deployment project. Supporting & troubleshooting end users on IT, (Microsoft products, Windows,AD,365,ect) Undertaking site surveys for data collection on infrastructure readiness for the VoIP migration.
