We are working with a dynamic and highly-regarded business in Kidlington to recruit a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, meeting & greeting and directing to the relevant department/ individual. You will also be booking meeting rooms, organising staff meetings and ordering office stationary/ supplies. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to compose client letters, emails and assist with general administrative duties. This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone looking to gain experience in an office setting, who is motivated to develop and progress. This is a full-time office based role, where a driving licence and transport is required.
