A leading Mechanical and Electrical service provider is seeking a MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis in Greater London. Operating on high-profile projects for direct clients and Tier 1 contractors, the company has grown significantly in recent years, driven by its people-focused approach and commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, responsibilities and requirements include: Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract * Prepare Tender Risk Analysis and contract documentation. * Develop Project Execution Plans and Procurement Strategies. Contract Management * Evaluate and negotiate subcontract terms. * Manage procurement schedules and subcontract documentation. * Provide advice on contractual claims and ensure compliance with project documentation. Risk & Change Management * Maintain variation logs and recover non-liability costs. * Review site programs for delays and manage commercial risks.
