PSP Insurance is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join a small team of four in a centrally located office in Stroud who can:
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
- Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to Company Procedures.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings to achieve personal targets.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
- Represent the company and its ethos both inside and outside the industry.
Youβre an experienced Account Executive who is competent to:
- Manage and provide the highest level of professional service to a growing book of commercial clients.
- Provide salient advisory services to provide the best outcome for clients in line with their requirements.
- Identify and secure new commercial clients.
- Ensure the client has full cover reviews and any gaps in cover are highlighted to clients and solutions provided.
- Lead by example in terms of best practice in processes and procedure.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team on all matters as required.
