A leading specialized investment advisory firm is hiring an Investor Relations Manager to lead fundraising and investor engagement efforts. The firm focuses on clean energy infrastructure development and project finance investments across Africa, with a strong presence in key regional markets and occasional international investor interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end fundraising processes for flagship funds and related vehicles
- Prepare and update investor materials (pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs)
- Coordinate investor onboarding, data room, and documentation workflows
- Lead scheduling and execution of investor meetings and roadshows
- Conduct investor research and profile LPs aligned to fund strategy
- Maintain CRM records and track investor engagement activity
- Support quarterly reporting, ad hoc communications, and AGM prep
- Contribute to thought leadership, impact reports, and industry events
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in investor relations or fundraising within private equity or asset management
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Experience managing due diligence processes and complex investor workflows
