Oculus Legal Group are working with a highly respected and reputable multi-office regional firm looking to make a hire in the commercial disputes team. The firm and commercial disputes team is highly ranked in the legal 500, catering to a wide variety of clients both nationally and internationally. They are currently in search of a skilled and personable Commercial Litigator to join their team, working closely with Associates, Directors, and Paralegals.
The Candidate
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues are essential. This role requires previous litigation experience, with a preference for those who have handled commercial related disputes.
The Opportunity
The team handles a vast variety of commercial litigation matters, such as contract disputes, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, commercial property disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, professional negligence claims, construction litigation, adjudication and arbitration, and debt recovery. You will be working with a range of high-net-worth individuals and international businesses on high value matters.
