Our client is a leading London firm with an outstanding reputation for residential and commercial conveyancing. Their collaborative team are seeking a confident and experienced NQ-3PQE+ solicitor to join them. You’ll enjoy the opportunity for career progression and a friendly and hard working culture.
The Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
- Advise clients on high value sales and purchases, financing and de-enveloping on houses, flats and off plan new builds.
- Work on Transfer of Equity & Deeds of Variation, End-to-End Property Transactions and have New Build and Leasehold Expertise.
- Play a key part in a collaborative and supportive residential property team.
You must be able to manage a mixed caseload of both residential and commercial and work 5 days on site for this role.
What You’ll Bring:
- A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with at least NQ - 3 PQE in Residential and Commercial Property.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the residential and commercial property market and conveyancing process.
- Proven experience in the full range of residential conveyancing work including leasehold transactions impacted by the Building Safety Act.
- Proven experience working with HNW clients and managing difficult property transactions.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach giving clients the best advice with a commercial focus.
- Always striving to deliver excellent client care service.
- Professional and friendly and able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and business introducers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
