Job Title – Carpenter / Multi-trade Location – London and Southeast (Driving Licence essential! ) Pay rate – £20 per hour + company vehicle & fuel card can be provided (Please see below details reg van) Our client, a well established family run maintenance contractor based in the South East is looking for experienced multi-trades for commercial maintenance and refurbishment works across London and the South East. The work is primarily for a large pub chain carrying out repairs and maintenance across their locations in London and the south. Requirements – Experience in a multi-trade role. Skills in carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, floor laying, bricklaying or roofing all an advantage. Good customer service skills as you will be attending pubs regularly in your designated area and discussing the works required to be carried out with the landlords. Must have experience working on commercial maintenance/repairs contracts Travel around London and the South East will be required. Travel time paid by agreement. Hours of work are Monday – Friday minimum 8 hours but there is no limit on overtime available including weekends if desired.
