Their collaborative team of experts delivers tailored, cutting-edge solutions to help their clients unlock their potential and achieve their goals. They have been working on multi-cloud projects with blue-chip clients. The Role: As their Salesforce Alliances Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding and strengthening partnerships within Salesforce and driving mutual success. Reporting to the directors, you’ll develop and execute strategies to maximise their visibility, co-sell opportunities, and joint value propositions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce, managing and enhancing their relationship across multiple industries. Co-Selling and Collaboration: Identify and cultivate sales opportunities with Salesforce Account Executives and other stakeholders, aligning efforts to maximise pipeline growth and revenue. Marketing and Enablement: Partner with marketing teams to co-develop campaigns, events, and initiatives that amplify their brand and promote shared success stories within the Salesforce ecosystem. Ecosystem Navigation: Stay informed about Salesforce’s evolving roadmap, partner programs, and initiatives, ensuring alignment and proactive adaptation to changes. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of the partnerships, ensuring KPIs and strategic objectives are met. Internal Advocacy: Educate internal teams on the benefits and nuances of the Salesforce partnership, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success. What They’re Looking For Experience: 3–5+ years in a similar role, within the Salesforce ecosystem. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, and partner ecosystems. Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, influential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align partnership strategies with broader business objectives, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and drive alignment.
