Technical Experience:
- Product management background in consumer centric industries including Hospitality, Retail.
- Ability to drive client workshops to define product vision.
- Proven experience working with CDO/CMO organizations to define, prioritize product roadmap, and manage the product backlog.
- Communicate product vision (e.g., for PMS and associated Hotel Technology integrations with digital, payments, distribution etc. in Hospitality) to stakeholders and ensure everyone is aligned with the product goals.
- Certification in Agile/SAFe methodologies is a plus.
- Act as design authority for product releases, ensuring product meets customer expectations and quality standards.
- At least 10 years dealing with Hospitality, Retail, Travel industries in consulting/product management roles.
