Job Summary

The Studio Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. From managing day-to-day administrative tasks to supporting our creative team, this position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting creative environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the studio’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, client sessions, and events.
  • Process payments for suppliers and freelancers.
  • Support the Photography team with image uploading.
  • Assist in the management of studio equipment and supplies, including inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails, and messages), ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier records.
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Support the creative team with administrative tasks such as research, sourcing materials, and managing files.
  • Manage bookings, payments, and reservations for studio space and equipment.
