Role Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing project budgets and cost forecasts
- Procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services
- Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
- Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Conducting site visits and liaising with site teams and clients
- Supporting commercial and project reporting
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in groundworks/civil engineering
- Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
