Senior Digital Technology Project Manager required to work for a Professional Services business based in Central London. This is a Global role that may require some travel (fully expensed) but most of the work can be done from home.
We need someone from a technical background (ideally development within digital technology products) who is passionate about technology and stays updated with new market trends. This is NOT an Infrastructure related Project Manager role. We need Development Driven / SDLC, SaaS Project Delivery experience.
The role is a solid Senior Project Management position, requiring you to engage effectively with C-Level and Partner Level stakeholders. You will influence key vendors with your ideas and discuss modern digital technology, products, AI, and SDLC.
You will own projects with minimal hand-holding, while also writing and designing high-level strategic technical documents for the business. You will run meetings with key stakeholders, confidently managing discussions and challenges.
We are looking for someone dedicated, not seeking a rigid 9am - 5pm position. Experience Required:
- Proven Business Relationship skills alongside solid Senior Project Management abilities.
- Experience in implementing SaaS and bespoke Software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex issues to challenging stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to plan and present at both high and detailed levels.
- Excellent vendor management skills, comfortable challenging suppliers and collaborating to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong Risk and Issue Management skills, able to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
- Experience in the implementation and review of IT Managed Services processes as they apply to SaaS solutions.
- Understanding of SaaS solution testing and assurance, providing guidance on plans and test activities.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and responsibilities outside typical Project Manager duties.
- Able to present updates across the company network, including to senior stakeholders.
- Mentoring ability for Junior Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
