Our Client based in Acton is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a Permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team. The role is permanent, ideally full time 5 days per week with hybrid working: 3 days on site and 2 days remote working. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.

The Job Role Includes:

  • Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
  • Supporting all aspects of OH remit
  • Support with recruitment and training needs
  • Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals
  • Meeting the strategic aims of the Emergency response, treatment and OH service
  • Working closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders on multiple sites.

Experience / skills required:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • OH Degree/Diploma essential
  • Case management experience essential
  • Line management experience essential
