Join our team as a 999 Clinical Advisor and play a crucial role in handling category 2 callbacks, providing critical advice and support to patients in emergency/non-emergency situations. This position is essential for ensuring timely and effective medical intervention in our Clinical Hub located in Nottingham.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assess and prioritise emergency calls to provide appropriate clinical advice.
- Coordinate with emergency services to ensure swift response and patient care.
- Utilise clinical knowledge to guide patients and provide reassurance during emergencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Registered General Nurse or Paramedic with experience in one or more of the following areas is essential:
- Accident and Emergency (A&E)
- Community Nursing
- Staff Nursing
- Prison Nursing
Training:
- Duration: 2 weeks full-time training (Monday – Friday)
- Content: Comprehensive training covering emergency protocols, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
