Part time desktop support engineer required for a finance company in central London. The successful candidate will provide services for a maximum of 2 days per week, on site in central London. This assignment is required to operate through an Umbrella company and all employer, employee tax and NI will be deducted from the rate.
Required skills and experience:
- Relevant experience supporting users in a Windows client environment (Win 10/Win 11)
- Active Directory
- Experience building relationships with vendors
- Relevant knowledge of communication platforms, MS Teams & Teams Rooms
- AV Support
- Monitoring a network environment
- Experience supporting and managing Microsoft products incl. Azure, O365, Teams, Intune
- Practical knowledge of ITIL
General responsibilities:
