They're looking for an enthusiastic IT Trainer / Learning Advisor to join their dynamic Business Change Team. What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality training through a variety of formats - including in-person sessions, e-learning, interactive digital content, how-to videos, and guides.
- Supporting change initiatives by helping users adapt to new systems with hands-on support, tips, and practical sessions.
- Creating assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and improve training effectiveness.
- Collaborating with project and change management teams to ensure smooth tech rollouts.
- Managing training schedules and logistics, including joining instructions and attendance tracking.
What You'll Bring
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Windows 11.
- Experience designing and delivering training across various formats using digital tools.
- Ideally, previous experience in a law firm or legal environment, with a working knowledge of client and matter management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, especially the Peppermint platform, would be a strong advantage.
- TAP certification or equivalent (ideal, but not essential).
