Freight Operations Agent (Permanent) Frimley
Our prestigious client, based in Frimley, have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Agent to join their ever growing team and organisation. Full training will be provided and duties include the following:
- Tracking worldwide cargo
- Making bookings with airlines, over the telephone and via e-mail
- Organising European road freight collections and deliveries
- Organising worldwide courier shipments
- Quoting customers
- Following up quotes by calling the customer
- On the odd occasion go to clients site to assist in picking and packing
- Update the internal system with accurate delivery information
- Handle general cargo and shipment queries from customers
