Initial Contract until April 2026 – view to extend a further 4 years

Must be SC Cleared (DV would be even better)

We’re looking for a standout IT Service Manager who can lead from the front—owning service delivery, delighting our client, and making a real difference where it counts.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of IT service delivery to a major client—build trust, solve problems, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Own service performance end-to-end—from incident management to service improvement and strategic planning.

• Champion ITIL best practice, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Work alongside top-tier engineers and delivery teams, making sure new services launch seamlessly and smoothly.

• Shape the future—influence the service roadmap, report on performance, and ensure compliance in a security-critical environment.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as an IT Service Manager in a client-facing, mission-critical environment

• Deep understanding of ITIL (certification preferred).

• Excellent communication skills—you’re confident, credible, and capable of building strong senior relationships.

• A proactive mindset—you're always thinking three steps ahead.

• Security clearance (SC or DV cleared is essential)
