The dynamic legal team pride themselves on providing high quality, seamless and efficient legal services to the business.
In line with the European expansion, a brand new vacancy has arisen for a lawyer to join the Trading and Markets team, providing legal support predominantly to the Fixed Income Group. Partnering closely with Fixed Income portfolio managers you will be providing advisory legal services relating to the investing in and trading of fixed income securities and investments.
Responsibilities:- Provide legal support to the Fixed Income Group.
- Advise on investing in and trading of fixed income securities and investments.
- Influence stakeholders and manage complex legal issues.
- At least 3 years’ pqe.
- Bright and commercially minded.
- Previous exposure to fixed income trading preferred; experience in DCM, securitisation or structured products is a plus.
