As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of the firm’s growth journey, partnering closely with senior leadership, corporate development, and integration teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR workstream across M&A projects, from due diligence through to post-deal integration.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and cultural values.
  • Design and implement change management, communication, and workforce transition plans.
  • Collaborate with Talent, Reward, Legal, and Finance teams to manage risk and ensure compliance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting organisational design, leadership assessment, and cultural integration.

  • Proven experience in a senior HRBP role within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong track record of leading HR initiatives in M&A, including due diligence and integration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
