We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking professional services firm, playing a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy during mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of the firm’s growth journey, partnering closely with senior leadership, corporate development, and integration teams. Your mission: to ensure that people, culture, and change are seamlessly embedded into every stage of the M&A lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the HR workstream across M&A projects, from due diligence through to post-deal integration.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and cultural values.
- Design and implement change management, communication, and workforce transition plans.
- Collaborate with Talent, Reward, Legal, and Finance teams to manage risk and ensure compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting organisational design, leadership assessment, and cultural integration.
- Proven experience in a senior HRBP role within a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Strong track record of leading HR initiatives in M&A, including due diligence and integration.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
