The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experiencedHead Conciergewho will be responsible for providing up to date information on major events in and outside the hotel and to supervise all uniformed staff in the Concierge department.

As Head Concierge yourkey responsibilitiesinclude:
- Assist clients with their enquiries and queries in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Supervise the work of the Concierge team to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
- To have a comprehensive knowledge of London restaurants, theatres and relevant guides to travel.
- To be fully knowledgeable of the hotel facilities, daily events, and all fire and emergency procedures
- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained throughout the department.
- To be extra vigilant of people leaving and entering the hotel and be familiar with all hotel security policies and procedures
- In conjunction with the Front Office Manager, to provide a systematic training and induction programme to all Concierge staff and conduct performance reviews on a regular basis.

The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is a luxury 5-star all suite hotel set in the exclusive Chelsea Harbour Marina and within walking distance from the legendary Kings Road. All of the hotels luxury suites are spacious and elegantly furnished, with four spectacular penthouse suites which offer some of the best panoramic views across London from their spacious roof terraces. Leisure facilities at the hotel include the Blue Harbour Health Club and Spa, with a 17 metre indoor swimming pool, state of the art fitness centre, sauna, steam room, six treatment rooms and hair salon.
