Our client is an established and well-respected organisation who is looking for an additional member to their machine shop. Candidates will need to be versed in milling operations and will possess the ability to set and operate the machinery.

Main duties will include:

  • Operate CNC milling machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to understand specifications and requirements.
  • Set up tooling and fixtures, including the installation of cutting tools as per the job specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of finished products using measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
