EPR Healthcare Business Analyst

We’re hiring: Business Analyst – EPR Programme | £30,000 FTC 🚨

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a major Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme on a fixed-term contract within the NHS.

💷 Salary: £30,000

📅 Contract: Fixed-Term

Location: Midlands

This role is ideal for someone with healthcare experience who’s confident working with data, documenting requirements, and keeping complex workstreams on track.

What you’ll be doing:

– Supporting the EPR Workstream Lead from initiation to completion

– Capturing and analysing requirements and performance data

– Producing clear, concise reports for stakeholders

– Engaging with clinical/admin teams and escalating risks where needed

– Using tools like Excel, PAS, Oracle Health Portal & MS Teams

You’ll need:

– Admin or analyst experience in a healthcare setting

– Great attention to detail and confidence handling data

– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

– The ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

– Change/project management knowledge (PRINCE2, Prosci)

– Oracle Cerner experience
