Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development practices, the ability to lead other developers, and a proactive approach to reducing technical debt and enhancing platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Triggers.
  • Design and implement Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
  • Ensure platform security using best practices for role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
  • Strategize and implement plans to reduce technical debt.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools such as MuleSoft.
  • Contribute to projects involving non-Salesforce technologies such as React, Angular, or Java.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning Component Framework (Aura and LWC).
  • Hands-on experience with integration tools, particularly MuleSoft.
  • Exposure to modern front-end or back-end technologies outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture and best practices.

  • Financial services industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing environments.
  • Able to manage work independently and adapt to shifting requirements.
