Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development practices, the ability to lead other developers, and a proactive approach to reducing technical debt and enhancing platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Triggers.
- Design and implement Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
- Ensure platform security using best practices for role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Strategize and implement plans to reduce technical debt.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools such as MuleSoft.
- Contribute to projects involving non-Salesforce technologies such as React, Angular, or Java.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning Component Framework (Aura and LWC).
- Hands-on experience with integration tools, particularly MuleSoft.
- Exposure to modern front-end or back-end technologies outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture and best practices.
