Health & Safety Manager Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology with manufacturing facilities in Croydon, UK , Kentucky, USA and Poland. We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, automotive, healthcare, and more. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems. We are looking for an OHSE Manager for our Croydon site to help shape the current operations and future strategy of OHSE for Zotefoams by developing a site wide roadmap and overseeing the implementation of appropriate policies, procedures and cultural change that promote best practice and minimise risk to the organisation its employees and contractors. About the Role: In this role you will advise the Site Directors and Senior Leadership team on all OHSE matters including legislative changes and best practice. You will also work with the senior leadership team to drive OHSE accountability across the business and support managers in implementing and communication of these changes. You will lead a team of 6 staff covering the Croydon facilities management and OHSE team.
