Behaviour Mentor | Location: Streatham, SW16 | Payscale: £95-£105 |Duration: Long-Term to Permanent. | ASAP Start LTF Recruitment are currently collaborating with a wonderful Primary school based in Streatham, London SW16 The school is looking for an outgoing individual to undertake the difficult, but rewarding role of a Behaviour Mentor and assist younger students who showcase difficult behaviour or require additional assistance on a day-to-day basis. As a Behaviour Mentor your duties and responsibilities will be: To collaborate with teachers ensuring effective behaviour. Working 1:1 with identified children to deliver bespoke additional support to pupils. To set learning targets to improve behaviour and track progress of students including those with Special Educational Needs. To challenge and motivate students to promote self-esteem and improve overall behaviour. Provide valuable feedback and advice to pupils, serve as a role model, and report back to parents/carers. Requirements: Excellent communication and resilience skills Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with the students and fellow colleagues.
