We are supporting a Bristol based client to find their new HR Advisor to be part of a HR team who are focused creating a people-centric approach in an established business. The role will work alongside the HR Business Partners and wider team to deliver the people strategy and embed a positive culture in line with company values, which include working together, communication and doing whats right. Working for a collaborative and driven Director of People with clear vision of success, this role offers the chance to be part of HR team which is focused on excellence. A key focus of the role is to work alongside managers to navigate a broad range of employee relations issues and other HR matters, providing quality specialist HR advice and support. You will provide guidance to colleagues and managers based at several sites across the city, so flexibility to travel to various locations is required. The role is offered on a part-time basis 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are also on offer.
