You Are: A Senior Client Partner who will support our Retail/CPG vertical. The Opportunity: Meet established revenue targets by forecasting and managing sales, revenue, and margins for existing customers. Build, grow, and nurture long-term, value-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, focusing on named accounts. Engage in consultative business development, expanding relationships both vertically and horizontally within client organizations. Take a consultative approach with C-level executives and other stakeholders to achieve their business goals, redefine their industries, drive complex negotiations, and resolve conflicts. Help develop a range of intellectual property and best practices around client and portfolio development to build the client base into a significant strategic asset. Monitor how UST executes engagements and take a proactive approach to mitigating potential risks before they arise.

What you need: Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree. At least 10 years’ experience of working with the retail sector, preferably within a system integrator. Experience developing and implementing client strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency. In-depth understanding of sector specific requirements and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Experience in executive revenue-generating roles, bringing comprehensive business acumen to account strategies and cultivating ‘win-win’ value propositions. A proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels. You’re comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders because you know you are persuasive and influential. Ability to conceptualise, analyse, and create blueprints for business transformations and present solutions across multiple domains. Creative is your middle name!

  • Integrity: We honor our commitments and act with responsibility in all our relationships.
