In this role you will collaborate closely with clients, analysing defects, problems solving on commercial and residential projects including dilapidation, tower schemes, house inspections and surveys. The ideal candidate is based near Hampstead, is a Building Surveyor who has worked on a range of projects in the commercial and residential building market, who wants to be part of a growing consultancy working on high end projects. THE ROLE: Determine the condition of existing buildings by looking for defects. Advise on environmental, health and safety issues of buildings. Provide advice in relation to legal and planning issues. Deal with planning and building regulations applications.
