Red Recruitment Group is currently seeking experienced Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join a growing operation based in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers to work with a well-established team, delivering a range of goods across the UK.
Duties
- Operating Curtain side HGVs for general haulage deliveries nationwide
- Delivering products safely and efficiently while adhering to road safety regulations and speed limits
- Loading and unloading goods; some manual handling may be required
- Completing and maintaining accurate vehicle records
- Reporting any defects or issues promptly to ensure compliance and roadworthiness
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving license
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Experience with curtain side vehicles and general haulage preferred
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility for early morning starts and overnight tramping
