We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor with previous experience. Or if are looking to start your career and have recently passed CeMAP level 1 our client will support you in a trainee position while you complete the qualification. The position will be based in the Lincoln office, working closely with a well-known Independent Estate Agency that will provide strong leads for you. Working hours: Full Time Monday – Friday and 1 Saturday every 2 weeks (with lieu day provided) The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered: Basic Salary £22,000 – £30,000 dependant on experience Strong Commission structure OTE £45,000 – £60,000 Great Progression Opportunities Guarantee Assistance with CeMAP qualifications (if necessary) Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements: Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service. Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups. Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor: Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals. Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers / homeowners in the branch Writing Mortgage and Protection business
