Customer Solutions Business Analyst - Permanent - London (hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a leading company. You will work on technology projects across marketing, loyalty and promotions. This is a hybrid role where you will need to travel to their London office 3 days a week.

What you will be doing:

  • Attend / Lead workshops with internal stakeholders to understand detailed business requirements.
  • Write comprehensive acceptance criteria and work with wider teams to ensure understanding.
  • Refine user stories and participate in agile ceremonies as required.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and cross functional delivery teams to focus on value driven delivery that supports innovation, optimisation, and maintenance of digital products.
  • Using data to inform decision making and look for opportunity to optimise CRM performance.
