- Demonstrated track record of designing secure, scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Strong understanding of performance architecture and modern security practices.

- Confidence working with third-party vendors and managing tech partnerships.
- AWS Solution Architect certification.
- Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration tools.
- Observability tools (e.g. New Relic) experience.
- Kafka, Flink, or IoT streaming tech exposure.
- Background in financial services or regulated environments.
