Are you a qualified accountant with experience within compliance? Our client, a leading Accountancy Firm, is seeking a Compliance Manager to direct and manage the compliance aspects of acquisitions. They offer fully remote, hybrid, or office working, according to requirements.
About the Role:
- Manage compliance across all stages of acquisitions
- Align acquired firms with firm policies (AML, DPB, FCA, Practice Assurance, etc.)
- Lead and deliver cross-functional compliance and quality improvement projects
- Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and external stakeholders
- Support senior leaders with ad hoc compliance initiatives
- Design, support, reinforce and implement current and new processes
About you:
- CCAB qualified (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven compliance/risk management experience, ideally in a regulated and M&A environment
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A pragmatic and collaborative approach to regulatory delivery
