Based in Central London, we’re a hard-working, close-knit team passionate about delivering design-led furniture solutions across the fast-moving residential and commercial property sectors.
This Manchester-based position will play a critical role in driving business growth across the North of England, while also serving as a mentor to the local sales team. This role focuses on engaging with a wide range of clients including large-scale developers furnishing entire residential schemes, portfolio investors, and individual property managers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the North, with a focus on property developers and residential portfolios.
- Leverage industry relationships and market knowledge to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with the needs of developers and investors.
- Mentor and guide the Manchester-based sales team, contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Communicate with clients through various channels including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development within the residential real estate sector.
- Direct exposure to or experience working with property developers is preferred.
- Established network within the Northern property market.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team is desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
